You don't need to have all the mediums. Each lesson provides alternative options, so you can use what you have on hand.

How long are the daily lessons?
Each daily lesson is designed to be concise, allowing you to complete it in about 20-45 minutes, making it easy to fit into your schedule.
When are the live sessions?
Live are scheduled on March 11th, 21st and 31st at 7 PM Paris time. If you can't make it live, there will be a replay.
Do I need ZOOM to attend the live sessions?
No, it's a link to use in a browser.
Can I share my progress with others in the course?
