Meet Cecile: Your Guide on Your Artistic Journey
Bonjour! I'm Cécile, artist and teacher who's passionate about helping others learn new skills. I've had a lot of success with online students so far, and I'm excited to share what I've learned with you.
After four years of online teaching, I find that online classes are fine, but I feel the need to help you more. This is why I created 'Art With Cécile' Membership, with tutorials, interactive live painting sessions and coaching so you can really go forward in your art journey.
I'm passionate about art.
I graduated from art school so you don't have to, and have always been drawing, painting, experimenting with digital art, oil paints, acrylic, crayons, watercolor, and gouache.
I have filled more than a hundred sketchbooks along the way, made 40+ classes for 22,000+ students, learned a thing or two, that I'm excited to share with you now!

Do I need prior art experience?**
Nope! Our membership is perfect for all skill levels. Whether you’re a newbie or looking to refine your skills, you’ll find tons of valuable content and support.
How much time do I need to dedicate each month?
You can go at your own pace. Engage with as much or as little content as fits your schedule.
What if I miss a live session?
No worries! All live sessions are recorded and available for you to watch anytime.
When I join Art With Cécile Membership, how often can I watch the videos?
As many times as you like as long as your subscription is active.
Can I download the videos?
As long as your subscription is active, you can access all videos, but you can't download them. You can download all pdf materials and reference photos though.
Will you be able to personally answer any questions I have?
I am in the community chat regularly, answering questions, you can send me up to three paintings per month where I can help you personally by giving you tips and hints to improve in a private video.
Do I need specific supplies for the membership?
I'm sure you already have a lot in your stash already! It will be mainly gouache, watercolor and other mediums from time to time, that you can still adapt to your existing supplies.
How is it different from your YouTube channel?
The tutorials in the membership are not available on YouTube, they are different. You get access to interactive live painting sessions so I can help you while you're painting. You have access to personalized feedback, plus a supportive community.

Fabulous Art with Cécile
Hi Cécile, I just wanted to say this is the best Art School online. Your culmination of a bright cheerful disposition, extensive knowledge, experience and instructive supportive style, makes your lessons fun whilst factual and methodical sometimes loose and experimental. The Membership System you offer, has so much to enjoy and so many lessons to build a solid core of knowledge. Including: access to all the lessons for my level. They are set out in a structured way taking me from introducing what items, paints, accessories etc I needed, to each step learning painting techniques. Or I can jump around and paint from any of the categories where I love the theory of drawing, painting, composition, contrast, colour, etc. I love I can do this all my way and join other activities if I want to add additional subjects such as portraits. Plus there is our private student community group that allows me to post my paintings in, a warm and friendly group with you and others commenting. The live monthly lessons where you teach over Zoom and spend time with each student, are also very instructive on replay. And sending you up to three paintings a month and you giving me constructive help and personal feedback is priceless. And you do a special live draw, this month that lovely hot chocolate for us all to paint. I only started painting with you a few months go. I had tried three other teaches and there wasn’t the experience. Teaching is an art in itself. Already you have taught me to paint well enough my daughter on seeing my paintings, has asked me to paint a landscape painting for her 40th Birthday. I was shocked she was so impressed and adamant and really honoured this is what she wanted. I joined in January and was too busy the first couple of months to do more than browse. I've had more time recently and I have become more involved. The lessons are fun, the other members are lovely and Cecile is a very generous tutor. Her lessons are fun and engaging and cover a wide variety of styles. The place to be if you love to draw and paint!
I joined the membership in December 2022 and since then I've learned so much allready! How to choose your colors, layering, contrast in your painting, highligthing. There is a different theme every month with tutorials and you can draw toghether with the lovely Cécile and other members. That is so nice! I love the community where you can post your art and ask questions. Everybody is so friendly and encouraging. There is also a live Q&A session every month where Cécile will comment your art and answers the question(s) you have about it. That is so usefull! I would like to learn more about composition and watercolor. But I'm sure that will come! I never regretted that I joined this membership :-)
